I am in trouble now... T-Mobile has installed 3G in Florence. Up til now all I had was the edge network, very slow and good for casual browsing. Now with 3G I can stream video and such. Makes me wish GBTV was already here, but alas I must wait until 9.12.
The funny thing about the new 3G is I get great reception while on the highway but the moment I turn into our subdivision I loose signal lucky to pick up the edge network. So, since I know I have many followers at T-Mobile, what's the deal? Why the great service on the highway and the 10 feet off it nothing?
At any rate, since I am a streaming junkie, I am sure to use way too much bandwidth again and get cut off. Does it matter if I use most of that bandwidth at night when no one else is up? Probably not so we will see just how often I get my service speed cut in half.
